PURPOSE: A portable terminal is provided to offer a multi-telephone conversation service by using plural communication modules which are operated according to communication methods. CONSTITUTION: A GSM(Global System for Mobile communication) module(410) executes a wireless communication function according to a GSM communication method. The GSM module receives a second voice signal from outside. A CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) module(420) executes the wireless communication function according to a CDMA communication method. The CDMA module receives a third voice call from outside. The GSM module or the CDMA communication module is connected with a speaker and a microphone. A communication module(430) is connected with the speaker and the microphone when a multi-telephone conversation mode is established.
