The air-conditioning hot-water supply complex system (100) is further provided with a high pressure sensor (201) which detects the high pressure of the compressor (1), and a control device (110) which calculates the condensation temperature of the plate water heat exchanger (16) on the basis of the high pressure detected by the high pressure sensor (201), and when the calculated condensation temperature is higher than or equal to a preset condensation temperature target value, performs condensation temperature control for controlling the operating frequency of the compressor (1) on the basis of the difference between the calculated condensation temperature and the condensation temperature target value, and in parallel with the condensation temperature control, performs opening control for controlling the opening of the hot-water supply pressure reduction mechanism (19) on the basis of the difference between a present opening and a preset opening target value of the hot-water supply pressure reduction mechanism (19).
