The present invention relates to a power generating system using low-temperature heating water. The power generation system includes: an evaporation part (10) for heating an operating fluid using the low-temperature heating water; a piston engine part (30) including a piston ascending/descending by an expansive force of the operating fluid heated by the evaporation part (10) and a crank shaft rotated by the piston; a condensed water circulating piston (P) disposed on the crank shaft of the piston engine part (30) to circulate condensed water; a condensing part (20) disposed downstream from the piston engine part (30) to condense the operating fluid discharged from the piston engine part (30); an operating fluid line (40) in which the operating fluid flows, the operating fluid line (40) being connected to the evaporation part (10), the condensing part(20), the piston engine part (30) and the condensed water circulating piston (P); and an energy selection device for selectively supplying an energy source supplied from the evaporation part (10) and the condensing part (20) into one of solar heat, geothermal heat, and waste hot water.
