PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device and a coupling method thereof are provided to reduce costs of the liquid crystal display device as much as 50 KRW by eliminating tape for fixing a panel. CONSTITUTION: A guide panel(240) receives a liquid crystal display panel and a backlight unit. A receiving groove of the guide panel accepts a protrusion of an optical sheet(241). Sheet fixing tape(260) includes a lower surface of an adhesive component. The sheet fixing tape is attached to the guide panel to cover the receiving groove. The sheet fixing tape attaches the liquid crystal panel to the guide panel by the adhesive component.
