PURPOSE: A flat motor structure and an object corresponding method using the same are provided to install a device between optical systems according to eccentricity design, thereby eliminating a blind spot. CONSTITUTION: A two-dimensional stator(110) is performed as a stator. An optical system(124) is installed on the lower part of a mover(120) in order to detect a large-area object(140). A gap between the stator and the mover includes air which is performed as a bearing. A device(122) is installed between the mover and the optical system according to eccentricity design. A device center-of-gravity maintenance part(126) prevents slack while being transferred using eccentric force.
