PURPOSE: A polynucleotide containing SNP or complementary polynuleotide thereof is provided to be used as a marker for clinical diagnosis of intestinal type of gastric cancer. CONSTITUTION: A polynucleotide or complementary polynucleotide thereof contains SNP derived from ALDH4A1, PINK1, DDOST, KIF17, LMX1A, SRGAP2, ASB3, PSME4, ANXA4, GMCL1, and MAP2. The polynucleotide or complementary polynucleotide thereof has 10-100 nucleotides of length. A primer for amplifying intestinal type of gastric cancer contains the polynucleotide or complementary polynucleotide thereof.
