PURPOSE: An unidentified transaction processing system and an apparatus applying the same of an electronic cash service for easily processing not-confirmed transactional cases are provided to activate the electronic cash service by managing the electronic cash service. CONSTITUTION: A user terminal unit(200) requests charge and payment about e-cash. An electronic cash service provider(100) confirms the payment corresponding to the charge established money. The electronic cash control information for charging electronic cash is transferred to the user terminal unit. The electronic cash service provider requests the electrical transmission of the transaction history related to the charge about electronic cash. |
