PURPOSE: A structure for tissue-reconstruction is provided to introduce cell and/or cell growth factors to a polymer support with high adhesion efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A structure for tissue-reconstruction comprises a coating layer. The coating layer forms cell, cell growth factors, or cell and cell growth factors and is cross-linked by a thrombin. The structure has an air gap of 10-1,000 micrometers. A polymer support is formed from one or more kind of biodegradable polymers selected from a group consisting of a copolymer of polylactide, polyglycolide, poIycaprolactone, lactide, and carprolactone, and a copolymer of glycolide and carprolactone.
