METHOD FOR FORMING LACQUERWARE INLA ID WITH MOTHER-OF-PEARL USING TRANSPARENT PLATE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a lacquerware inlaid using transparent plates is provided to simplify manufacturing process by attaching a transparent plate on which nacres are attached to a surface of molded product. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a lacquerware inlaid using transparent plates comprises the following steps: molding shape(skeleton) of a product using a timber or MDF(Medium Density Fiberboard); forming patterns by attaching front surface of nacre to rear surface of the transparent plate using glue or water glue; repeatedly spreading black or dark red paint on rear side of the nacre; and attaching the transparent plate in which the nacres are attached to surface of the product. The manufacturing process includes a process of forming a rectangular groove portion on outer surface of the product.
