PURPOSE: An apparatus for isolating and collecting target cells from a fluid sample of blood and physiological fluid is provided to enable simple and efficient collecting. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for collecting cells comprises: a first filter(20) having a plurality of first holes(26); and a second filter(40) having a plurality of second holes which are placed to filter the target cells. The first and second filters have plural first and second holes, respectively, which are separately arranged. A plurality of first horizontal strips(34) and first vertical strips(36) are formed between the plural holes. The first and second filters are mounted inside the duct.
