TERMINAL AND METHOD FOR COMPRESSION OF FILES USING MULTI TOUCH

PURPOSE: A terminal and file compression method for performing file compression are provided to increase the convenience of a user by supplying a file compression function through simple touch operation. CONSTITUTION: A touch screen(110) performs touch input. A controller(130) displays a file which is stored in a storage(120) on the touch screen. If drag input is received through the touch screen, the controller compresses the file corresponding to the touch input part and generates the compressed file. The touch inputs are inputs for touching three or more parts of the touch screen.
