<p>PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to improve response speed by using a liquid crystal having optical isotropy and to simplify manufacturing process by eliminating an orientation process. CONSTITUTION: A second substrate(210) is arranged to be faced with a first substrate(110). An organic light-emitting device(70) is formed on the first substrate. The organic light-emitting device comprises a pixel electrode(710), an organic light-emitting layer(720) and common electrode(730). A liquid driving electrode(220) is formed to be faced with the organic light-emitting device at the lower side of the second substrate. A liquid crystal(300) is located between the organic light-emitting device and the liquid driving electrode. The liquid crystal is driven by the common electrode and the liquid driving electrode.</p> |
