The purpose of the present invention: is to provide an isobutylene-based block copolymer having excellent air barrier properties, plasticity, toughness and adhesiveness to rubber; and to further provide an inner liner having an excellent balance of air barrier properties, plasticity, toughness and adhesiveness to a carcass as an inner liner layer for a pneumatic tire that does not require a vulcanization process. The present invention pertains to a resin composition containing: (A) 100 parts by weight of the isobutylene-based block copolymer comprising a polymer block consisting mainly of (a) isobutylene having an unsaturated bond, and a polymer block consisting mainly of (b) an aromatic vinyl compound; and (B) 0.1 to 50 parts by weight of a polythiol compound having at least two thiol groups in one molecule.
