The present invention relates to wine prepared from Pinkpop linden fruit, and to a method for preparing same. More particularly, the present invention relates to wine prepared from Pinkpop linden fruit, the taste and functionality of which are well-harmonized, and to a method for preparing the wine. According to the present invention, standardized method for preparing wine from Pinkpop linden fruit, and environmental conditions such as yeast inoculation volume, sugar content, other quantities of nutrient additives, fermentation temperature, and a sterilization method for the prepared wine are provided. The above-described standardized method and the environmental conditions may be utilized in establishing a basic material and application policy for processing other fruits. In addition, the standardized method and the environmental conditions may contribute to a promotion of the consumption of Pinkpop linden fruit and to an increase of income for rural households that subsist on cultivating Pinkpop linden trees. |
