<p>A supplementary guide kit, particularly for the blind and the partially sighted, which comprises at least one station (2) for emitting a signal and at least one portable device (3), such as a mobile phone, radio transceiver, audio/video player, and the like, which is capable of receiving the signal, at least within a predefined distance, and converting it into a message that can be understood by a blind or partially sighted person (A). The emission station (2) can be installed in proximity to a site which is preferably chosen from a public building, a place of sightseeing interest, a shop, a bar or restaurant, a road crossing, and the like. The signal and the message are constituted by a string of information about the site.</p> |
