The disclosed thermal collector tube is used in a concentrated solar power generation in which sunlight is focused using reflective mirrors, the concentrated light is converted to heat by means of a thermal collector provided with the thermal collector tube, and power is generated using the aforementioned heat. The disclosed thermal collector tube is provided with a main body housing a heat medium, and a coating layer which, formed on the outer surface of said main body, has an emissivity at room temperature at wavelengths 1-15µm of 0.70-0.98.
