THIN FILM TRANSISTOR AND DISPLAY DIVCE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A thin film transistor and a display device including the same are provided to minimize deviation to be created in the picture quality by improving uniformity of an organic light-emitting device formed at each pixel region by using a compensating circuit. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor layer(130) is formed on a substrate. The semiconductor layer comprises a channel region(131), a source region(134), a drain region(135), a source low-concentration doping region(132), and a drain low-concentration doping region(133). A gate electrode(153) is overlapped with the channel region. A source electrode(174) is touched with the source region. A drain electrode(175) is touched with the drain region. The channel region comprises a main channel part, and a source channel part, and a drain channel part. The source low-concentration doping region is arranged between the source channel part and the source region. The drain low-concentration doping region is arranged between the drain channel part and the drain region.
