PURPOSE: Fine metal powder and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture an electrode layer with high packing density and connecting characteristics from the fine metal powder having a uniform shape. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing fine metal powder comprises the steps of: preparing a master mold formed with a pattern(S10), spreading a polymer material on the pattern to form a sacrificial layer(S11), forming a metal layer on the sacrificial layer(S12), and removing the sacrificial layer and separating the metal layer from the master mold using solvent to form the fine metal powder(S13).
