PURPOSE: A twist guide apparatus for a rolling mill and a rolling mill system for a wire rod are provided to prevent damage to a rolled material in rolling mills by smoothly twisting the rolled material to be passed to the next rolling mill. CONSTITUTION: A twist guide apparatus for a rolling mill comprises a housing member(10) formed on the exit side of a rolling mill, a guide roll member(20) which is movably installed in the housing member to twist a rolled material(1) to be passed to the next rolling mill, and an injection pipe member(30) which is installed on the rear side of the housing member and includes a plurality of nozzles for spraying water to the rolled material having passed through the guide roll member.
