PURPOSE: An optical device is provided to observe alive cells on a real time basis and to take a photograph of an inner cross section of a three dimensional image without cutting the cells. CONSTITUTION: An optical device comprises a scanning part(230), a fiber bundle part(260), and an objective lens part(270). The scanning port provides a collimated beam scanning. One end part of the fiber bundle part receives the collimated beam. The other end part of the fiber bundle part contains a plurality of fibers outputting the collimated beam. The objective lens part is connected to the other end part of the fiber bundle part. The objective lens part focuses focal orbits of an object plane of the other end in a sample(280), thereby transferring to the upper part of the sample.
