PURPOSE: A video outputting device and a method thereof are provided to display an information screen by using external data such as content. CONSTITUTION: A first communication interface unit(111) receives first external data. A second communication interface unit(113) receives second external data. A signal processing unit(140) processes first external data or second external data as a reproducible signal. A controlling unit(130) processes first external data as the reproducible signal by control of the signal processing unit.
