According to the present invention, a device for alleviating snoring comprises: a lower teeth seating portion to be seated on the lower teeth within the mouth; an upper teeth seating portion to be seated on the upper teeth; a moving part additionally installed on the lower teeth seating portion; and a moving slot portion additionally installed on the upper teeth seating portion, wherein the moving slot portion and the moving part are configured in the centers of the upper teeth seating portion and lower teeth seating portion, respectively, so as to be positioned at the anterior of the teeth within the mouth. According to the present invention, the moving slot portion and the moving part are positioned and fixed at individual points at the centers of the upper teeth seating portion and the lower teeth seating portion, respectively, so as to enable convenient coupling when the device is worn in the mouth and to also improve wearability by maintaining a single coupling structure, in consideration of the states of the mouths of different wearers, in each instance of wearing the device. |
