PURPOSE: An LED surface lighting device applying an optical member guide is provided to improve cooling efficiency by exposing heat due to light emission to the air flowing through an air circulation unit. CONSTITUTION: An inner frame(200) is located on a bottom frame and comprises a square receiving unit(210) and an air circulation unit(230) which discharges heat from a light emitting unit(300). The light emitting unit is arranged in the side of the inner frame and comprises an LED(320) mounted on the substrate with a constant space. An optical member is laminated in the inner frame.
