PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of light paraffin is provided to manufacture aromatic products with high concentration, and light paraffin product selectively by using hydrocarbon oil originated from petroleum, coal, and timber containing components with high aromaticity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of light paraffin comprises a step of partial saturating and decomposing polycyclic aromatic components by introducing oil originated from petroleum, coal or timber into hydrogenation and reaction region; a step of separating the product to C11 or more hydrocarbon components, C6-10 hydrocarbon components, C5 or less hydrocarbon components; and a step of recirculating the C11 or more hydrocarbon component to the first step, colleting at least a part of aromatic products by introducing the C6-10 hydrocarbon components to aromatic components separating process and transalkylation process, and a obtaining paraffin by introducing the C5 or less hydrocarbon components to the oil separation step.
