<p>PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for displaying connection information based on an image embedded with connection information are provided to conveniently perform communication based on connection information by generating location information of a face area in an image type having connection information. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(601) displays an image including connection information. A sensor(603) senses the selection of an image area. If the set area is selected, the connection information which is included in the image is displayed. The image includes a first area for storing image data and a second area for storing connection information. A communication unit performs communication based on the connection information including a connection name, a telephone number, an email address, and a birthday.</p> |
