PURPOSE: An oil coating apparatus for welding a wire is provided to uniformly spread surface treatment oil and effectively remove foreign materials which stays on the surface. CONSTITUTION: An oil coating apparatus for welding a wire comprises an oil coating unit(10) and a surface treatment unit(30). The oil coating unit sprays surface treatment oil on surface of the wire for welding. The oil coating unit sprays air on surface of the oil coated wire for welding in order to uniformly spread surface treatment oil. The oil coating unit eliminates foreign materials. The surface treatment unit removes excessive surface treatment oil by polishing surface of the wire for welding which passes through the oil coating unit in order to uniformly spread surface treatment oil. The surface treatment unit additionally removes foreign materials. The oil coating unit comprises a first emission unit(20) and a second emission unit(21).
