An exercise barbell comprises a holding bar (1) and a counterweight body, which has an annular counterweight exercise ring (5). A handle (51) is provided inside the annular frame of the counterweight exercise ring (5) along the diameter direction thereof. The holding bar (1) is detachably and fixedly connected to the annular counterweight exercise ring (5) by a connection mechanism composed of a fixed seat (4) and a fastening lock, and the annular counterweight exercise ring (5) is defined between the fixed seat (4) and the lock body (100) of the fastening lock by a lock bolt (140) of the fastening lock. The annular counterweight exercise ring (5) is used as a counterweight body of the barbell, which realizes one apparatus with multiple uses and saves material. It is convenient to assemble and detach the counterweight body and better in fastening effect by utilizing the fastening lock. |
