The present invention relates to an ink composition for electrical or electronic materials, having anisotropy enabling ink-jet printing using a radiation curing ink-jet printing system, more specifically, to an electrorheological polymer ink composition, a natural organic light emitting phosphor ink composition, and a method for preparing all electrical materials or electronic parts using the same. The present invention relates to a preparation method of a radiation curing ink composition for all electrical or electronic materials, comprising the following steps: selecting a dye-pigment phosphor; preparing electrically conductive polymer particles; preparing a radiation curing dispersion master solution containing the electrically conductive polymer or the dye-pigment phosphor; mill dispersing the radiation curing dispersion master solution; and mixing the dispersed radiation curing dispersion master solution and photoreactive chemical materials and carrying out microfiltration.
