The invention relates to a soleplate of outdoor machine and an air conditioner having the soleplate, more particularly, in particular to the soleplate of outdoor machine which improve the stability bystrengthening the combinative force between the compressor or certificates of refrigerant containers, etc and the soleplate of outdoor machine and the air conditioner with soleplate. The invention provides an air conditioner including a hull of outdoor machine, a refrigerant container inside the hull, a splint under the refrigerant container, a soleplate under the hull, a holder extruding from the soleplate for holding the refrigerant container out. And the holder comprises the first holder which is connecting with the splint by special connective part and the second holder which contacts andsupports the splint.
