PURPOSE: An airless pump type pump structure of a cosmetic container is provided to maintain a check valve by forming a rubber-based check sealing between a contents inlet and the check valve. CONSTITUTION: A stem part is integrately formed in an upper cap(100). A cylinder part is integrately formed in a lower cap(110). A container is combined with the lower side of the lower cap. The upper cap is combined with the upper side of the lower cap. A vertically moving piston selectively opening a check valve in order to discharge contents from the container to a nozzle. The check valve is located at a contents inlet.
