The present invention relates to functionalized aryl and/or heteroaryl urea compounds of general formula (I) and (II), and also salts and/or solvates and polymorphs thereof which can inhibit protein kinases from the MAPK family and also modulate cytokines such as TNF and IL1ß. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a method for synthesizing such compounds, a method for preparing a pharmaceutical composition which will be used in the production of medicines for treating or preventing disorders associated with acute or chronic pain, and also for treating inflammatory diseases, said inflammation being acute or chronic.
