According to one embodiment of the present invention, a musical system for promoting brain health comprises: a display device for displaying a visual signal in accordance with selected music; a control box for controlling the display device in accordance with a user input; and a controller which has an acceleration sensor, and which drives the acceleration sensor in accordance with the motion of a user to transmit a signal to the control box. The control box processes the signal transmitted from the controller by comparing the signal and a signal for controlling the display device, and outputs the result of the process.
