Disclosed is a method for providing wireless internet service for a wireless LAN terminal in a vehicle, and a wireless internet device for a vehicle providing the method. The method for providing the wireless internet service may comprise the steps of: transmitting/receiving data to/from a wireless LAN share unit in a wireless LAN terminal; converting data received from the wireless LAN terminal and a wireless broadband internet network to transmit the wireless broadband internet network and the wireless LAN terminal, respectively; receiving data transmitted from the wireless broadband internet network from a wireless broadband internet access unit and then transmitting the data transmitted from the wireless LAN terminal; and aggregating the amount of data transmitted/received to/from the wireless broadband internet access unit and then displaying the usage charge for the aggregated and calculated data. Accordingly, a customer can receive wireless internet service in a moving vehicle using the wireless LAN terminal and calculate and pay the data charge when the customer returns the vehicle or disembarks from the vehicle.
