[Problem] To make it possible to stably support a body section even when it is not possible to support the area near the center of the body section in a 3D image display device in which a body section, which is provided with a right eye image display unit and a left eye image display unit, is rotatably supported. [Solution] A monitor (9) is configured from: a body section in which a right eye image display unit (40), a left eye image display unit (41), and a semi-transparent mirror (42) for forming a 3D image are rotatably connected by a hinge (43); and a stand (44) to which a rotating shaft (45) for rotatably supporting the body section is attached. Therein, a sliding groove (50), which comprises a first support position (50a) for when the direction (ß) in which the two display units are adjacent is a vertical direction, a second support position (50b) for when the direction (ß) is a left-right direction, and a connecting section (50b) for connecting the first support position (50a) and the second support position (50b), is formed on the rear surface of the left eye image display unit (41), and the rotating shaft (45) is slidably supported in the sliding groove (50).
