PURPOSE: An image photographing apparatus of a mobile terminal is provided to display a reference image in a current location and a preview image which is photographed through a camera. CONSTITUTION: An image photographing device(400) includes a camera(405), a display unit, a location detecting unit, and a controlling unit(401). The location detecting unit detects a current location. The controlling unit obtains an image corresponding to the current location when a photographing mode of the camera is selected. The controlling unit displays the obtained image and the photographed image on the display unit.
