PURPOSE: A photo-electromotive device is provided to effectively generate a current by supplementing polythiophene and phthalocyanine of a semi-conductive layer. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(120) is formed on a substrate. A first semi-conductive layer(140) includes phthalocyanine. A second semi-conductive layer(150) comprises polythiophene and an electron receptor. The first and second semi-conductive layers are formed between the first electrode and a second electrode. The first semi-conductive layer is arranged near to the first electrode closer than the second semi-conductive layer.
