MASS SPECTROMETRIC METHOD FOR MATRIX-FREE LASER DESORPTION/IONIZATION

PURPOSE: A mass analytical method is provided to analyze ionization mass by spreading analysis liquid containing analyzing target materials to an inorganic substrate and detect materials in which mass is big. CONSTITUTION: An analyzing target material comprises an organic material, an inorganic material, a biochemical material, and their composite. Analysis liquid is spread to an inorganic substrate and is dried. Laser light is irradiated to the inorganic substrate in which the analyzing target material is spread and dried. The laser light is pulse light. The pulse width of the laser light is 100microsiemens to 1femtosecond. The analyzing target material is ionized by laser light absorption of the inorganic substrate. Mass of the analyzing target material is detected.
