PURPOSE: A turning adjusting device is provided to reduce mechanical abrasion because a support unit is turned depending on the coupling and decoupling of an external gear of a shaft member and an internal gear of a fixing unit. CONSTITUTION: A turning adjusting device(1) comprises a fixing unit(11), a support unit(12), and an adjusting unit(13). The adjusting unit is installed inside the support unit in a longitudinal direction and comprises a first external gear, a first internal gear, and an elastic member. The first external gear is radially protruded from the outer surface of a shaft member. The first internal gear is formed inside the fixing unit and meshed with the first external gear. The elastic member presses the shaft member to maintain the coupled state of the first external and internal gears. When the pressed shaft member is moved, the coupled state of the first external and internal gears is released, and the support unit is turned.
