PURPOSE: A paper pallet having excellent waterproof function is provided to improve the rigidity of a conventional pallet, and to enable users to economically produce the pallet. CONSTITUTION: A paper pallet comprises the following: a lower plate(110) including a bottom unit, plural folding units extended from each side of the bottom unit, and plural block insertion holes for inserting the lower side of supporting blocks; the plural supporting blocks(120) attached to the upper side of the lower plate; and an upper plate(130) attached to the upper side of the supporting blocks.
