FLEXIBLE ARTIFICIAL MARBLE FABRICATED USING UV CURING SYSTEM AND THE METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A flexible artificial marble sheet is provided to easily manufacture the artificial marble sheet by using a UV hardening method, and to easily coat the sheet while omitting a subsequent thermo-molding process. CONSTITUTION: A flexible artificial marble sheet comprises: a step of forming acryl chips for artificial marble by crushing acryl; a step of forming a base compound by dispersing the acryl chips onto an acrylic monomer resin or urethane acrylate resin; a step of forming a composition for artificial marble by mixing additives and a photoinitiator to the base compound; and a step of molding the composition into a sheet shape, and hardening the sheet-shaped composition by irradiating UV light.
