The device has a casing (10) accommodated in a spine body, which comprises an external thread in a front section (11). The casing comprises an inner thread (16) with an inclination in which a screw is rotated. The casing comprises the front section, a middle section (12) and a rear section (13). The front section comprises the external thread, and a bracing element is arranged in the middle section. The middle section comprises openings in a form of slots, and the casing in the middle section is made of memory alloy i.e. nitinol.
