THE LIQUID FERMENTED FEED USING WHEY AND COLOSTRUM AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Liquid fermented fodder using whey and colostrum, and a producing method thereof are provided to use an immune system enhancing process for obtaining the fodder. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of liquid fermented fodder using whey and colostrum comprises the following steps: mixing 45-55wt% of whey, 5-50wt% of colostrum, 5-25wt% of dried milk powder, and 5-25wt% of water; sterilizing the mixture at 65 deg C for 30 minutes before cooling at 43 deg C; and injecting 1-2wt% of a strain starter into the mixture, and fermenting.
