PURPOSE: An input-output type moving house is provided to expand the inner space of the house by drawing out an internal building from an external building. CONSTITUTION: An input-output type moving house is composed as follows. The bottom of a first external building(10) is supported by a pedestal(12). A first internal building(20) is drawn into/out of the first external building. A first caster(21) is installed on the bottom surface of one side of the first internal building located outside the first external building. A second caster is installed on the bottom surface of the other side of the first internal building located inside the first external building.
