BIOMASS PELLET BY USING CORN COB AND ITS PREPARING METHOD

PURPOSE: Corn cob-based biomass pellets and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to use corn cob powder and to obtain natural decomposing characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing corn cob-based biomass pellets includes the following: corn cob powder is generated by grinding corn cobs(A); the corn cob powder is heated to eliminate moisture; wax is introduced into the dried corn cob powder and is agitated to generate coated corn cob powder(B); plastic resin polymer, organic acid, and peroxide are mixed with the coated corn cob powder to obtain a mixture(C); the mixture is introduced into an extruder to implement a plastic resin-plant body graft combination; the plastic resin-plant body graft combined material is discharged through an outlet; the discharged strand is transported by a conveyor belt; and the strand is blown, dried, and cut to obtain the pellets(D).
