PURPOSE: A harbor loading and unloading location confirmation system and apparatus thereof are provided to reduce power supply costs by supplying voltage through a solar generation module. CONSTITUTION: A location confirmation apparatus(100) includes a solar generation module(110), a recognition module(120), a wireless module(130), and a rechargeable battery(118). The solar generation module generates voltage from sunlight in order to supply voltage to the location confirmation apparatus. The recognition module creates location data by recognizing a harbor loading and unloading apparatus. A wireless module transmits the created location data to a server(200). A rechargeable battery of the solar generation module stores the voltage.
