ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display apparatus is provided to remove deviations with respect to the threshold voltage of a driving transistor generated between pixels by compensating for the threshold voltage. CONSTITUTION: A first capacitor is formed between a first node(N1) and a second node(N2). A second capacitor is formed between a power voltage source and the second node. A driving transistor(Td) varies the amount of current flowing to an organic light emitting diode(OLED). A first transistor(T1) supplies data voltage to the second node. A second transistor(T2) supplies a reference voltage to the second node. A third transistor(T3) connects a third node(N3) to the first node. A fourth transistor(T4) supplies the reference voltage to the third node. A fifth transistor(T5) supplies voltage of the third node to an anode electrode of the organic light emitting diode.
