The apparatus has double pipe element (6) that is connected with inlet side of combustion air duct (5) of oil pre-mixing burner , and is provided with inner pipe (7) and outer pipe (8). The inner tube is equipped with several perforations for a direct flow of air into the surrounding annular space (11). The annular space is formed between inner pipe and outer pipe.
