<p>The method involves firmly sticking or laser welding an operating element together with a metal part, which is designed as a screw. The metal part is unscrewed after the operating element is connected with the screw. The operating element is provided with a replaceable metallic end part (32) and a laser (16) so that a weld joint is formed between the end part and the metal part. The end part is attached to a hand motor (26) by a clutch (30). A beam of the laser is guided to a connection region through a hole of the operating element. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement for in-vivo extracting of a metal part from a bone.</p> |
