PURPOSE: A processor for a surface of a metal-product using rotational magnetic force is provided to prevent the damage of a metal-product caused by a collision with a screw or a blade because the surface treatment solution and work barrel is not mixed directly by the screw or the blade. CONSTITUTION: A processor for a surface of a metal-product using rotational magnetic force(100) comprises a movable housing(102), a driving unit(110), work barrel(140), a plurality of the grinding chips for the magnetic materials and surface treatment solution. A wheel(106) is attached to the bottom of the movable housing and a door(104) is installed in the front surface of the movable housing. The driving generates the rotation magnetic force. The work barrel is loaded on the upper part of the driving unit inside the housing. The grinding chips for the magnetic materials are loaded inside the work barrel. A plurality of the grinding chips is moved by the rotation magnetic force of the driving unit and a surface of a metal-product is processed by generating the current in the surface treatment solution. |
