PURPOSE: A Braille block for a person who is visually impaired and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent ground subsidence by maintaining an underwater level. CONSTITUTION: A Braille block(100) for a person who is visually impaired comprises a block cover(10), a block body, and a block core. Braille is formed on the top surface of the block cover. The block cover is coupled to the block body. The block body is composed of upper and lower bodies. The block cover is coupled to the upper body. The lower body is coupled to the bottom of the block core. The block core is inserted into the block body. |
